The setting is ideal, right by the terminal at Sub Augusta, the transport with shuttle to the airport, and the center, industrial area. The staff is fairly friendly and incredibly kind🙂

The room was exceptionally clean and large, equipped with all necessary appliances. the hotel had a remote setting very near to the airport. We stayed for one night here, loved the Tuscolana district.

Other then being nice and close to the Airport this Hotel is in a pretty worn down part of the city. Lots of noise. Road traffic, Barking dogs. Very atmospheric.

The hotel itself was very clean & the staff were excellent.

The location was a little too far out from the main areas. You have to take a bus to get to the nearest Metro Station - and the bus does not come frequently enough !!

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff was available 24/7 and went above and beyond to help us with taxis. The room exceeded our expectations and was clean and well-equipped. Communication was easy as the staff spoke English well. Great value for money with a 24-hour reception and clean bathroom. Good location for airport access.

The hotel staff were not friendly and made up hotel rules on the fly. There was no hotel written policy to back them up. The hotel billing had many errors, charging customers without customer's knowledge. Customers had to pay 10 Euros to watch soccer games in rooms, which other hotels all offered free TV program. The hotel water in the morning was cold.

our stay at the hotel meeting in ciampino was fantastic. the room was comfortable, cleaned daily, and had fresh towels. the staff was available 24/7 and adolfo provided excellent help. the breakfast, although mostly sweet, was delicious. the hotel's location was perfect for access to the airport. overall, it exceeded our expectations.
